How can I change my NAME AND SURNAME on my HOTMAIL account?

I press on "account" but it's downloading for ages... it seems it's not able to download! What to do?

Reply:go to hotmail.com then access to your account. There you can change whatever you want
Reply:If you are using the new interface, Login to hotmail.com. On the right there is an "options" tab. Click that and select "More options".





You should then see a section with "Manage your account" and underneath there is a link ("view and edit your personal information") where you can manage and edit your personal details including name and address.





If this still doesn't work for you, you should try a different browser or clear your internet cache. Failing that, try another computer or internet connection.

Clean out your temp files as in go to internet options from your browser and delete history etc. Then go back to hotmail.com, log in and change your settings through there
