My friend's computer is acting really weird. I'd guess it's actually the computer and not the Hotmail account, but her contacts and e-mails keep getting erased. We can't figure out how to create a backup of this information.
Also, if she wanted to get a new e-mail address, is there a way to easily transfer her contacts and/or e-mails to another account? If she got another account, it would probably be Gmail.
How does someone make a backup of a Hotmail e-mail account?
