My contacts keep telling me that they're getting junk mail from my hotmail e-mail account. It doesn't show up in my sent folder so I'm not sure what's going on. I just changed my password. Will that work? Is there anything else I can do?

It should work. Somebody keylogged your password.
Download, install and run full scans with these 2:
mbam from www.malwarebytes.org
superantispyware from www.superantispyware.com
Delete everything they find.
Reply:You might have a virus of some sort. Get a new hotmail account. keep the old one though and use it every time you have to put your e-mail address anywhere that most likely will send you junk mail. Make sure you never open anything up from your spam folder.
