How to change the password on my Hotmail email account?

can anyone tell me how to change password on my hotmail accont?
How to change the password on my Hotmail email account?
Go to http://www.msn.com/ and then click 'hotmail' and sign in. Near the top right you'll see 'Options' - click this.


The 1st option is Manage your account - click the option that says 'view and edit your personal information'. To the right of that in 'Common tasks' you'll see 'Change your password'. Click on that and follow the instructions. You'll have to enter you current and then your new twice and confirm.
Reply:go to http://www.msn.com/


then click "hotmail"


type your hotmail ID in "Windows Live ID:"


click "forgot your password?"


type your hotmail ID again in " Windows Live ID"


there will be a picture types wat it says in "Characters: "


click "contiune"


then u choose either:


Use my location information and secret answer to verify my identity(if u choose this one u'll have to answer the qustion u have choosen when u sign up this ID. u have answer EXACTLY the same answer as the one u form it when u first sign up, then if u get it right u can reset your password, but if u got it wrong then....sorry)


or


Send password reset instructions to me in e-mail(but if u didn't set a spare email when u sign up for this ID u can't use this one.)

Reply:I'm pretty sure you actually have to click on the 'forgot password' link and you can answer your 'personal questions' through there and then it'll ask you to change your password, rather than just giving you the old one.
