Can I find out when A hotmail account was made?

I need to find out the date that a hotmail account was made.
Can I find out when A hotmail account was made?
not quite sure with the recent updates if it's still the same as before (few years back) but when you try to check the account info of that profile, it will show the date it was created and the date it was last updated (if there were updates too). just like an account of yahoo where you can check their profile and it will display the dates but for country's yahoo domains, some will only display the last time it was updated; though some country will display both also.
