Would an hotmail account not accessed since 1999 been deleted?

i dnt remember my password or my alternative email address, so is there anyway of getting in to this account, as im tryin to find someone i lost contact with a wen i was younger. and this email account might be a way of doing this. candice if you read this im on myspace and facebook

I had the same problem. Hotmail deletes the account after 60 days of unactivity. There is no way to recover it, I wish there was. I have also lost contact with people because of this.
