Is it safe to use a hotmail account as an email for pay pal?
It should be. Because unless someone knows your password to the PayPal account, just having a hotmail email should be ok.
Email works the same whether you have verizon, hotmail, Yahoo!, or anything in between. You're just passing messages back and forth.
