an i haven't created any accounts yet ..how come i reached my limit ?? what should i do ..
When i try to create a new hotmail account it keeps sending me this message so what does it mean ?
If you truly aren't opening accounts, you might just need to clear your internet files from your browser (it could be a cached page that keeps loading). Tools, Internet Options, "delete all files" "delete cookies" and close your browser. Reopen and try again.
Reply:where did you assign your id on a net cafe or something try on different ip there is way you can solve the main problem find a new pc or just restart your ip so that you can re create it
