Can you create a hotmail account? It hasn't worked for me for a week!?

I can't get it to work it always says I've reached my limit but I haven't made one in forever. Yes I know wrong section, if you want to say "Wrong section dude, har har har" at least be creative or witty about it and not generic waste. Also I know I can create Yahoo accounts or something else but it MUST be a hotmail account. If anyone can help I very much appreciate it.

2Click the "Sign Up" button at the left of the screen.

3Choose whether you would like Windows Live Hotmail or Windows Live Hotmail Plus. The former is free, the latter is not.

4Fill out the required application information.

5Click the "I Accept" button at the bottom of the screen if you accept the Windows Live Service Agreement and Privacy Statement.
Reply:it might not work cuz msn were getting rid of some accounts cuz some people re making more accounts for thereselves i got msn and mine works why dont u try making it at someone elses house or try in a months time other then that sorry i cant help
