HOW COULD I DISABLE MY SONS HOTMAIL ACCOUNT?

Hi there, I have a son who is mis-using his hotmail account. The problem is that I do not know his password nor his secret question answer. I have asked him for it but he has not given me the information i need. Therefore, is there any way i could, apart from resetting his password, disable his account? I tried the parental permission method but that failed as well.

If your son set up the account, there is nothing you can do on that end (technically, it is his property, Hotmail cannot change that).





The best you can do is to limit his access to the Internet. If he uses computers away from the house, ground him. If he has a computer in his room, take it away. Set it up in a public area in your house (in a family room, give him no privacy)
Reply:I don't think there is anything you can do about this, apart from restraining his access to the Internet at home. However, he can probably very easily have access to the Internet outside of home.
Reply:You could try to send an email to the hotmail people explaining the problem or just try to find out!
