When I sent mails from my hotmail account no message is saved in sent item box. Why? Can any friend guide me ?

Please guide how to save messages in sent item box of hotmail account ? At present irrespective of how many messages sent, the sent item box remain empty (shows 0 message). Kindly guide me the steps ?

You have to turn on the "Save sent items" feature...It would either have to be checked at the end of every e-mail, or you can also go to "options" and check it on there.
Reply:there's always an option below the space where you type your msg...saying...copy message to sent folder...click on the box...and that particular msg will be saved...u will have to do this every time u send a mail
Reply:The methods vary from site to site and I don't know the method on Hotmail.


But the usual thing is to click on setup, and click the box, where it asks you, if you wish to save your sent messages.That should do it.


Go to Hotmail, help, and check out, the listings, for send and save, the information, should be there. It's usually quite simple
