How can i quit hotmail account?

I have a hotmail account.Now i don't want to anymore.So i want to quit from hotmail account forever.
How can i quit hotmail account?

go 2 settings


and then on the right you'll find "close account"





it will be available other 120 days and then it will be cancelled definitely

Reply:Sign in.


Scroll to bottom of page and click "Account" (on right).


Choose "Settings".


Under the section "Additional Options" at the bottom choose "Close Account."


Follow the prompts to finish the job.





Don't forget to forward any emails you still want before you close it. You can save them but then it asks you to sign in to read them unless you know how to remove the sign-in code... forwarding is easier.
Reply:Just don't use it anymore and it will "go away" on it's own, in a couple of months. Let all your freinds and other contacts know your new email address (I assume you have Yahoo since you're here).
