Problem creating a new Hotmail account?

Well, I haven't even created an account before, and the same occured yesterday. How do I create a hotmail account that will actually work?

Reply:oh yes. i had that aswell when i wanted to create a new email. what u shoud do is go to tools and internet options and delete ur cookies and delete files. then im sure that u wil be able to create an email account. it worked for me so it will probably work for u!
