Problems with hotmail account emails not sent - can anyone help?

Hi


Last Friday I sent out lots of emails as usual, but didn't get any replys. One for certain was delivered days later, but some not at all. I've never had a problem before with my emails and I've had this account for years.


I did try sending an email to someone using outlook express, which is what I usually use and he didn't recieve it, then I sent it again direct from my hotmail account which he recieved. So could it be my outlook express settings?


This is not happening to all my emails as some people recieve them late and some not at all.

Try to get Hotmail Plus. It's not free, but they will be able to fix your problem over the phone vs. regular Hotmail when you are not able to get help at all.





You know, sometimes it's really worth it to pay and get a better service. Unfortunately Hotmail does not provide that service like they used to. They used to walk you thru your problem over the phone until they solve it. Those good times are over .
Reply:ive had this problem for years.the only way to solve it is to copy/paste the addi of the recepient in all fields. good luck!
Reply:Try using windows live desktop instead. I have had no problems and think it looks and works a lot better than Outlook. Its quick to download and set up.

Reply:My Outlook is flaky too, I am not sure if there is anything you can do about it.





If you are sending from your workplace, things may be getting filtered without your knowledge
