I check off message I want to delete in my inbox, and even after I click delete, the messages don't delete. A message at the bottom left of the browser says theres errors on page. I tried closing it and opening it again, but it doesn't work. The problem has been going for a few days now. What do I do?
I can't delete any messages from my hotmail account?
try deleting the messages 1 by 1 or day by day
Reply:Try opening your inbox using Mozilla Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. Get it from http://www.mozilla.com version 2.0.0.14 and not any beta version.
