I simply want to know how to add another person to allow them to have e mail ability!

Yes, you need to have another account. It can be another Yahoo! Account. Or any other web-based account. You don't "add" another person, that person can create their own account. Any number of accounts can be accessed from the same computer, as long as only one is logged on at the same time. Just create another Yahoo! Mail account, or that person should create it.
