Where did all my old e mails go? and all my folders??
what happened? and ! there was only one new e mail. THATS IT... whats going on? who do I write to to complain?
I just checked my old hotmail account and everything was gone except my contact list, WHAT HAPPENED?
I think that it is being changes over to windows live. but I just opened one and it still says hotmail at the top so I am not sure. ~M~
Reply:Exact same thing happened to me, I am freaking out, I had like 1,000 emails in there from over 5 years!! I am beyond upset but also trying to stay calm and assuming (f'ing hoping...) this is a huge tech error and everything will be back to normal tomorrow. I have priceless, irreplaceable messages in there - and information I can never get back.
If this isn't fixed tomorrow.....
Reply:its pissin me off also, the exact same thing happend to mine today. The only email that is in the inbox is a "welcome to windows mail" email, and my email accout is non existant supposedly. I still havent found any solutions
