I'm not getting email at my hotmail account from someone - what could be wrong?

The friend's email is working fine - messages sent to more than one person arrive except the copy to me. The emails are not going to my junk mail. I have tried getting her to reply to my email, no sucess. I am receiving emails promptly from other people. - Help!
