Someone has hacked into my hotmail account?

I have obtained the ip address of the computer that has done it, what can i do now?

Contact Hotmail and let them know what happened. They'll take the appropriate action.





After that, I would suggest creating a new email account as soon as you can since the other one has been compromised.
Reply:You can supply it to the hotmail admins and report abuse or you can supply it to your local police. They will be able to trace the IP address to a specific ISP and will be able to request the DHCP records of that address, then they will be able to prosecute if they think they have a case





You personally cannot do much apart from trace the location and ISP details (use www.domaintools.com)
